The colder air and weather conditions can aggravate the airways, triggers such as mould, dust, colds, viruses and flu can cause also worsen asthma symptoms and may cause asthma flare-ups.
We know typically, this time of year sees an increase in asthma-related hospitalisations, and to help, we’ve put together an asthma Winter Care Pack to provide you with asthma resources that may help to control and manage your asthma during the colder months.
