Personalised Asthma Management to Prevent Flare-Ups in Children

Despite advances in asthma care, many families face challenges implementing consistent management strategies, leading to preventable emergency department visits and hospitalisations.

With so many diagnostic tests and treatments as well as clinical practice tools and guidelines, we recognise it can be challenging for health professionals to stay up to date.

This collection of education, clinical practice tools and patient education resources has been designed based on insights from the lived experience of people with asthma as well as multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

They meet the needs of healthcare professionals in accessible, contemporary CPD education and resources that are available in bite-size formats. Ultimately this means healthcare professionals can support children with asthma and their families to feel empowered to self-manage asthma with a preventative mindset, meaning flare-ups are minimised and reduced hospitalisation.
